Installation Issues


Skill Won't Install


Problem: Installation fails or gets stuck


Solutions:

1. Check your internet connection

2. Clear your browser cache

3. Try a different browser

4. Ensure you have sufficient storage space

5. Contact support if issue persists


"Permission Denied" Error


Problem: Installation blocked due to permissions


Solutions:

1. Review the permissions requested

2. Ensure you're logged in

3. Check if your account has the necessary privileges

4. For Pro skills, verify your subscription is active


Usage Issues


Skill Not Responding


Problem: Installed skill doesn't work or respond


Solutions:

1. Verify the skill is still installed

2. Check if skill requires Pro subscription

3. Restart Claude Code

4. Check for skill updates

5. Review skill documentation for proper usage


Commands Not Recognized


Problem: Claude doesn't recognize skill commands


Solutions:

1. Check command syntax in skill documentation

2. Ensure skill is properly installed and enabled

3. Try rephrasing your request

4. Verify skill compatibility with your Claude version


Account & Billing


Can't Log In


Problem: Login fails or account is inaccessible


Solutions:

1. Verify your email address is correct

2. Check spam folder for magic link email

3. Request a new magic link

4. Clear cookies and try again

5. Contact support if locked out


Subscription Not Active


Problem: Pro features not available after payment


Solutions:

1. Check email for payment confirmation

2. Verify payment was processed

3. Log out and log back in

4. Wait a few minutes for system to update

5. Contact support with payment confirmation


Charged Twice


Problem: Duplicate charges on your account


Solutions:

1. Check if you have multiple accounts

2. Verify the charges are actually duplicates

3. Contact support with transaction IDs

4. We'll refund any duplicate charges immediately


Performance Issues


Slow Loading


Problem: Marketplace or skills load slowly


Solutions:

1. Check your internet connection

2. Clear browser cache and cookies

3. Disable browser extensions temporarily

4. Try a different browser

5. Check status.claudeskillhub.com for outages


High Memory Usage


Problem: Browser or Claude Code using too much memory


Solutions:

1. Close unused tabs and applications

2. Disable unused skills temporarily

3. Restart Claude Code

4. Update to latest version

5. Check for conflicting skills


Skill-Specific Issues


Skill Conflicts


Problem: Multiple skills interfering with each other


Solutions:

1. Check skill documentation for known conflicts

2. Disable conflicting skills temporarily

3. Use skills one at a time

4. Report conflicts to skill publishers

5. Contact support for compatibility help


Outdated Skill Behavior


Problem: Skill not working as documented


Solutions:

1. Check for available updates

2. Update the skill to latest version

3. Review changelog for breaking changes

4. Clear skill cache if available

5. Reinstall the skill

    Data & Privacy


    Lost Skills After Reinstall


    Problem: Skills missing after reinstalling Claude Code


    Solutions:

    1. Log in with same account

    2. Skills should sync automatically

    3. Check installed skills list

    4. Reinstall missing skills from marketplace

    5. Contact support if skills are still missing


    Export/Import Settings


    Currently, settings cannot be exported. This feature is planned for a future release.
