Sarah: “Good morning! Thanks for being here. I’m Sarah, and I work on Search personalization. Today I want to explore how you think about product design. Ready to jump in?”

Sarah: “Great. Here’s the question: Design a product for elderly people living alone.

Take a moment to think about the problem space. What questions do you have for me?”
