We have some pretty exciting news to share—our team just won the Best Workplace Culture Award from Tech Excellence! 🏆

Last night, 75 of our team members got dressed up and headed to the gala together. Seeing everyone there, celebrating this recognition—it was genuinely special.

But here’s what I want to talk about: what “workplace culture” actually means.

It’s not the free coffee or the flexible hours (though those are nice!). It’s the harder stuff. It’s whether people feel safe disagreeing with their manager. It’s whether new team members feel welcomed from day one. It’s whether “we value diversity” is something on the website or something you actually see in meetings, in promotions, in who gets heard.

We’ve spent years working on this. Regular listening sessions where leadership actually listens. Transparent decision-making. Investment in everyone’s growth, not just high performers. Active work to build genuine inclusion.

Are we perfect? Absolutely not. We’re still learning, still improving, still having hard conversations.

But this award from Tech Excellence feels like recognition that we’re on the right path.
